Who is eligible to experience the CKH Effect?
Our services are available to all sellers with a signed exclusive Listing Agreement, sufficient home equity, and who plan to list their property for sale at a market price. Properties that are foreclosures or short-sales are not eligible.
How do you pay for services?
Relax, there's no upfront cost! We handle everything through escrow.
- You agree to a fixed scope of work at the start.
- The seller will sign a promissory note of payment.
- Invoices are collected for payment through escrow.
In the event your home does not sell or the Listing Agreement is terminated for any reason, the seller will be invoiced for all services performed and payment will become immediately due and payable.
