1. Altamirano Restaurant & Bar Chef Carlos Altamirano, known for his exquisite Peruvian cuisine, is debuting his eighth restaurant in San Francisco’s NoPa neighborhood. Expect a fusion of traditional Peruvian dishes with the freshest California produce. Don’t miss the lomo saltado, pescado Nikkei, and cebiches.
